- upstream: GitHub - vicajilau/quizdy: A cross-platform Flutter application that lets users load .quiz files and take interactive quizzes. Designed to be extensible and compatible with desktop, mobile, and web, it supports multiple question types and formats, making it ideal for education, self-assessment, and custom learning experiences. · GitHub
- upstream-relation: I am the developer and maintainer of the project.

- request-type: auto-connection
- reasoning: The application requires the dbus interface to support Deep Linking. We provide a web version of the service (via our project page) that allows users to transition seamlessly to the installed native Snap application. The D-Bus slot is used to register the application’s custom URI scheme and listen for activation signals. This ensures that when a user clicks a ‘Quizdy’ link on our website, the Snap instance can handle the request and navigate directly to the relevant content, which is essential for a consistent cross-platform user experience.

Hi @alexmurray sorry for the ping. I’m presenting this app tomorrow at FlutterConf Spain and would love to have the snap updated for our Linux users. Could you please take a quick look at this dbus auto-connection request? Thanks!
Hey, I would love to be able to help but I don’t appear to have the privileges to actually do this directly myself anymore (@store can you advise if this was intentional?) - but hopefully someone else from the @reviewers team can jump in and approve this.
NOTE: dbus name requests do not require voting and can just be approved if they are sensible.
