Manual review for pc-plasma-desktop gadget snap

I’m requesting a manual review of the pc-plasma-desktop snap.

This is a fork of the pc-desktop gadget snap, modified to use plasma-core22-desktop as the base snap . A new gadget snap was required because the gadget snap’s base must be the same as the base used as the root file system of an Ubuntu Core system.

The snap name is registered to the KDE account, and source to the snap will be managed at https://invent.kde.org/neon/snap-packaging/pc-plasma-desktop .

similarly to this topic, I have made some updates to our overrides which will handle the review of this snap in future. This snap is now live.
