LibreOffice not showing Server Side Decoration & Global Menu

I’m pretty sure global menu should still show on Plasma with the Snap version of LibreOffice. Is this happening to anyone else?

Edit: turns out this only happens in Wayland session. And I still have no clue why the global menu is like that for LibreOffice.
