LibreOffice 7.4 is now available.

The latest version is already flatpaked Flathub and at PPA, but as we know, Ubuntu users open the Snap Store.

as of today, the PPA is also not updated.

Why is Firefox not updated by now? Are dev working on improvements? Or the snap has been abandone :frowning: I hope not

Firefox is on the latest release, try running sudo snap refresh firefox and snap info firefox.

LibreOffice has the latest release in the candidate channel, upstream LibreOffice doesn’t recommend that most users upgrade to the latest MAJOR.MINOR release until the second patch, I don’t know what the downstream policy is for that specific snap; but it possibly reflects the upstream cadence which would delay it getting released to stable.

Thanks! I didn’t know that about upstream, that make sense for MAJOR.MINOR updates.
