'latest release' marker on Github for snapcraft, again

Hi, similar to this:

Github canonical/snapcraft shows 8.13 as 'pre-release'

Releases · canonical/snapcraft · GitHub shows the 8.13.x releases as ‘pre-release’. Because of this, the repo shows 8.12 as ‘latest’, even though on my laptop, which runs latest/stable, I already have 8.13.1: [image]

** ** Currently, I have on my laptop in the stable channel, snapcraft 8.14.1. However, on the github repo, 8.13.2 from November is still marked as ‘latest release’!
