The latest version of snap krita is released on 2025-07-08, while the latest version of native/flatpak/appimage is released on last week on the official site.
Although I’m not a Krita user, as a well-known open-source software, having a very old version of it on the Snap Store negatively impacts Snap’s reputation.
I suggest either the Snapcrafter community take over its maintenance, or somebody please contact the original maintenance team to remove it from the store.
