Updated Mesa solved the issue so I can launch it now. However, I think it’s also fallen victim of this issue as it occasionally doesn’t launch, but would launch after repeated attempts.
I’m still experiencing it with Brave and Thunderbird.
Doesn’t seem to happen with Firefox, though

Lunar up to date, Intel+Nvidia GPUs, Ubuntu Wayland or X11 session, hybrid or discrete graphics.
If I click on a snap dash icon, nothing happens.
Tested with Thunderbird, Firefox, Shortwave...
(VS Code seems ok, maybe due to classic...
