I just noticed that there are two snap packages in the store for IRCCLOUD. One is the snapcrafters version, and the other is an actual IRCCLOUD version. Both were released within 2 days of each other, and are the same version. I assume this is transitional or the like (as the vscode to code migration went when handed off to upstream)?
Yup. irccloud-desktop is the snapcrafters one, and the irccloud snap is work in progress from the upstream developers at irccloud. Note irccloud snap is only available in the edge channel for the moment. Once upstream irccloud are happy with the snap and it’s in the stable channel, we’ll recommend people migrate over from irccloud-desktop to irccloud.
