Interface auto-connect on melonds and rpcs3-emu

Hi, I’d like to request the joystick interface to be auto-connected to the rpcs3-emu and melonds snaps. Both snaps are game emulators, with me being the current maintainer.

+1 from me, both are game emulators and so would be expected to be able to access joystick devices out of the box.
