Improve access speed to snapcraft.io in China

I hope snapcraft.io can improve access speeds in China. According to tests conducted via https://www.tcptest.cn/http/https:%2F%2Fsnapcraft.io%2F , accessing https://snapcraft.io/ from Jilin Province takes 13148ms. This is not a very user-friendly experience.

For comparison, I also tested https://www.aliyun.com/ . In the Shandong region, the load time is only 74 ms.

IMHO, this is not a simple task as it induces major infrastructure changes and local regulation compliance requirements.

This naturally involves compliance issues. The first step is for Canonical to register a company in China and complete the ICP filing and Public Security Bureau (PSB) filing for snapcraft.io—or a new domain. This is not something an individual can handle, as it involves trademark issues.
