Our web service use PAM for user authrization in classic linux, but it can’t work in ubuntu core, because it is not allow to modify PAM configuration /etc/pam.d/login, any suggestion for this?

Got the same question but to update different files. 
It seems there is no other way to update files under /etc/pam.d folder. Not sure if system-files interface is the last option?
