How to remove support for i386 versions

How to discontinue support for the i386 version of the apps that we have published on the snap store?

I can’t seem to find an option to delete the version deployed in the i386 column

The quick and easy way is to close the channel you have i386 builds in, and then re-release the non-i386 builds into the channels you just closed.

Once a channel is closed, how can it be re-created? Does the push command from the terminal creates the channel if it does not exist?

You can snapcraft release (snapname) (revision) (channel) which re-opens the channel. Or use the web UI you screenshotted to find the revision you want to re-release.
