fix your custom gadget to be called “pc” … what you built with ubuntu-image there did only add the dell5k snap to the filesystem and tries to replace the “pc” gadget snap on first boot, what you want is to replace “pc” at image build time already (and the model assertion has “pc” hardcoded as name)
