Firefox snap forgets logins occasionally?

Since I switched to the Firefox snap, on occasion, I’m suddenly logged out of all sites. That is fairly annoying. I can’t say for certain that it is caused by it being snapped, but I can’t remember ever having experienced it before.

Is this a known issue and is there any fix I can apply?

sudo snap set system experimental.refresh-app-awareness=true

… will make sure your firefox never gets updated while it is running (which can cause the above) … this will become a default setting in 22.04 where firefox is a snap by default …
