Hi, I installed the foobar2000 via snap on Debian and it worked at first, after i rebooted I got the error
ERROR: not connected to the gnome-3-28-1804 content interface.
anyone know what this means? and more importantly how to resolve it?
Thanks in advance!
Try:
snap install gnome-3-28-1804
If it continues to not work, can you paste the output of the following commands:
snap version
snap list
snap connections foobar2000
snap connections gnome-3-28-1804
snap changes

when i tried to install gnome i got:
$ snap install gnome-3-28-1804
snap âgnome-3-28-1804â is already installed, see âsnap help refreshâ
user@media:~$ foobar2000
ERROR: not connected to the gnome-3-28-1804 content interface.
so for the others i got:
$ foobar2000
ERROR: not connected to the gnome-3-28-1804 content interface.

since it said try refresh I did and that gave me:
$ snap refresh gnome-3-28-1804
snap âgnome-3-28-1804â has no updates available

My apologies, I misread.
Yes, I just retried now to be sure, it literally didnt output anything.
Thatâs very odd indeed. Can you try this command:
snap connect foobar2000:gnome-3-28-1804 gnome-3-28-1804:gnome-3-28-1804
and see if foobar2000 works then (or at least makes it further)?
ah sorry I missed earlier that these snaps are apparently broken, can you remove them and reinstall them with:
snap remove gnome-3-28-1804 gtk-common-themes
snap install gnome-3-28-1804 gtk-common-themes
and try again?
