Drop dispute and create Popina organization for snap 'popina'

Hi Snap Store Team, I am writing to resolve the current name dispute on the snap “popina” and to clean up our team’s setup.

Context: The dispute was opened by mistake by my colleague (fonkymasto). He initiated the claim because we thought the original account holding the name (mine: cflorion) was lost. However, I have now successfully recovered access to the original owner account (cflorion).

Our Request:

  1. We would like to drop the current name dispute as the situation is resolved internally.

  2. To prevent this from happening again, we would like to create a Snapcraft Organization named “Popina”.

  3. Once the organization is created, we would like to transfer the ownership of the “popina” snap to this new organization, so both my colleague and I can manage it moving forward.

  • Colleague’s Account: fonkymasto

Hi there! I have dropped the name dispute related to popina created in June. I mention the month as there is another dispute still open related to popina, which was created in February, by florion@popina.com.

As for other parts of this request, #2 is something that we ask users to complete. Please create an account for team purposes and provide us with the associated account ID. We can then help with #3.

Hi ruhajaved, Thank you very much for your quick response! To clarify, that email (florion@popina.com) is indeed mine. The dispute from February was also opened by mistake, so yes, please go ahead and drop/cancel that one as well. Regarding points #2 and #3, I will take care of it, thanks for the advice.
