Creating a snap that loads a Docker image into the Docker.snap

Hey there,

I am quite new into snaps and snapcraft.
I try to build a snap, which contains different Docker-Images. I want to provide the Docker-Images automatically during install routine. I have copied the tar.-files using the dump plugin. What do i need to do? Do i need an install hook? If yes, how is it created? I failed trying it. What is the best way to do it? Here is my snapcraft.yaml. The .tar-files are in the ./src folder. Thank you in advance.

name: my-snap-name # you probably want to 'snapcraft register <name>'
version: '0.1' # just for humans, typically '1.2+git' or '1.3.2'

This is my-snap's description. You have a paragraph or two to tell the
most important story about your snap. Keep it under 100 words though,
we live in tweetspace and your description wants to look good in the snap
  store.
