Create new track for tailscale and headscale

Hi

Please help to create new track for tailscale and headscale.

Tailscale, according to the changelog, each minor version is backward compatible. Therefore, we would like to provide a new track for the user to stick with 1.x version. Please help to create 1/stable track.

For Headscale, there may be breaking changes between minor versions based on their changelog. It’s still a unstable project. It’s better to manage the releases for each minor version. Please help to create 0.26/stable track.

Hi ,

I should be more precise.

The track name is “1” for Tailscale. My expectation of the channels are “1/edge”, “1/beta”, “1/candidate”, “1/stable”.

The track name is “0.26” for Headscale. The channels are “0.26/edge”, “0.26/beta”, “0.26/candidate”, “0.26/stable”.

Please help to correct the naming. thanks a lot!
