Classic confinement for etrace

Etrace is a performance and debugging tool, used to analyze what programs or files a given command uses when running, in addition to measuring how long it takes for it to run or display a window.

It needs classic confinement to run because it can run any arbitrary program, and is similar to a compiler or IDE in this manner.

Thanks!

The requirements are understood and this falls under several categories in Process for reviewing classic confinement snaps (most notably that the snap can’t reasonably do its analysis while running under a strict mode runtime (needs access to host files).

I’ve vetted the publisher. This is now live.
