Classic confinement for `dataspell`

HI guys!

We’ve made yet another IDE called DataSpell and we want to publish it to Snap store as well. I’ve already uploaded first revision of dataspell snap.

There is nothing new compared to the existing IDEs.

Also, would you be so kind to open 2021.3 track for this snap?

DataSpell fits within the existing category of IDEs for classic confinement and the publisher is already vetted. The requirements for classic confinement are understood. This has been granted and is now live. Subsequent revisions which are uploaded to the store should pass automated review. Thanks.
