Can't start a snap app (Ubuntu 17.04)

I installed as a snap Atom and Corebird. At the first time they started but after reboot I can’t start them. Nothing happens.

If I start Atom from CLI I get following:

cannot create lock directory /run/snapd/lock: Permission denied

What can I do to fix it?

Ubuntu GNOME 17.04

PS. Made a question on SO about it. Maybe this topic is better to delete…

It sounds like maybe the snapd service isn’t running. Can you check with systemctl status snapd.service ?

Seems that the service is running.
