Call for testing: sublime-text

We have a new sublime text in the edge channel. This is a major release after quite a while. I have been using it for a few days on multiple machines and it’s working great for me. However I need to admit my setup is pretty simple and I don’t really use any plugins.

Hence this ‘Call for testing’. It would be really helpful if a few people could update to the edge channel

sudo snap refresh sublime-text --edge --classic

And try to perform basic testing that includes the below (but is not limited to).

  1. Make sure it starts
  2. Test if your plugins are loading fine
  3. If you have a HiDPI display make sure the text is rendered correctly

Coming from Sublime-text prompting "new version download" on launch@mattiasw and @keshavnrj Your help here would be appreciated.

Thanks for this @om26er, like you I’ve got an extremely simple setup as well. I can confirm that it launches fine and addresses the “new version” popup.
