Snapcraft 4.0.6 is on the candidate channel, with particular fixes for:
- unnecessary apt downloads that were already done in pull for stage-packages
- invalidation of cache due to improper checks when virtual packages were used in buiild-packages
- use of --target-arch moved to a warning to allow for electron builder with stage-packages to continue working
- allow empty component lists in package repositories

Thanks @sergiusens! I’ve triggered rebuilds of the chromium snap against that version of snapcraft, I’ll report here with the results.

For some reason, this version is printing this warning on me even though I am not using the --target-arch flag:
$ snapcraft --use-lxd
Ignoring '--target-arch' flag. This flag requires --destructive-mode and is unsupported with Multipass and LXD build providers.
I’m using this recipe: https://code.launchpad.net/~snappy-hwe-team/snappy-hwe-snaps/+git/modem-manager/+ref/snap-20
