Call for testing: snapcraft 3.7.2

Hello Snapcrafters! The Snapcraft team is delighted to announce that version 3.7.2 is now available.

The Release Notes reflect those of a point release.

The snapcraft snap for 3.7.2 is currently available in the candidate channel, to try it out run:

$ sudo snap install --candidate --classic snapcraft

Of, if you already have it installed, to try it out run:

$ sudo snap refresh --candidate snapcraft

Built the following with 3.7.2. There were numerous multipass issues, which I’ll follow up on Monday. None seem to be snapcraft related. So looks good to me.

I’ve rebuilt several of the GNOME snaps with no regressions. I’ve also ported a couple to use the extension, which works great. I also rebuilt the drawing snap and confirmed the appstream metadata is now readable. +1 for me!
