Autoconnect request for mixbench

Hi, I’m creating a snap of mixbench. This is a program that performs GPU or CPU benchmarks, and it is used by the Certification team for GPU passthrough tests (and possibly in the future for benchmarking GPUs). The snap requires that it be connected to the hardware-observe interface in order to find and use the GPUs. Let me know if you need anything else
