note for reviewers
it looks like we already have removable-media and a dot-config-aacs auto-connection privilege, I didn’t re-specified them in this request scope, we would like to retain these privileges
All 4 required interfaces make sense to me, given the snap’s functionality. Hence, this is a +1 from my side for auto-connecting the audio-record, camera, dvb, and media-control interfaces to the vlc snap.
Would it be possible to add a disclaimer note in the snap’s description about its recording functionalities?
Regarding your note: the existing removable-media and dot-config-aacs auto-connections are unaffected by this request and will be retained.
Includes full support for live camera and audio recording, screen capture, and media streaming. Camera and microphone access are required for recording features.
Feel free to adjust the wording as long as the reference to camera and microphone access remains explicit.
Once the snap description is updated, I will proceed with the granting process!
