Auto-connecting the system-packages-doc interface for the chromium snap

Now that snapd 2.46 is available in the stable channel, I have added the system-packages-doc plug to the chromium snap, and I am hereby requesting a store assertion to enable auto-connection, in accordance with @zyga’s recommendation.

This will allow users to browse HTML documentation installed on their system in /usr/share/doc.

+1 to auto-connect. Using the browser to read HTML documentation is common.

+1 from me too - this (web browsers having access to system documentation) is the primary purpose of the system-packages-doc interface.
