Auto-connect request of ‘network-observe’ for 'Visual Ping''

Visual Ping (vping) is an application for visualizing server response times in real time. Unfortunately, without the network-observe permission, the application cannot function correctly.

I’d like to request the auto-connect of network-observe for vping.
