Auto-connect request for OpenSearch snaps

Hello, We are working on new versions of OpenSearch Snap, There is new artifacts opensearch-charmed and opensearch-chiseled which needs the same auto-connect permissions as the opensearch snap. This includes:

- log-observe
- mount-observe
- system-observe

Both snaps also define a custom plug:

sys-fs-cgroup-service: interface: system-files read: - /sys/fs/cgroup/system.slice/snap.opensearch-charmed.daemon.service

and for chiseled snap

sys-fs-cgroup-service: interface: system-files read: - /sys/fs/cgroup/system.slice/snap.opensearch-chiseled.daemon.service

The snap can be found as follows:

Please note that this is a duplicate approval since we are adding same charm with couple of plugins removed. You can find bellow the previous approved requests:

Hey, as it is previously granted and these snaps are just replacement of the original snap, it makes sense to grant these interfaces to these snaps.
