Applications downloaded with snap give a killed error

i use deepin 20.1 and applications which are i downloaded with snap give me a killed error:
killed-error
How can i solve this problem?

Thanks for reporting this in the forum, I’m afraid I need to ask you to collect some additional information about the problem. Try to run the application again, make sure it get killed. Then run the following commands:

$ sudo dmesg | tail -50
$ sudo journalctl -b 
$ snap version
$ snap list todoist
$ snap connections todoist

and paste their outputs.

I removed the snap and reinstalled it, but the result is the same :confused: any solution?
