Right this is why i propose to use alfonsos fixrtc enhancement, it simply does a “stat -c %Y /var/lib/snapd/snaps”, that will get you a pretty accurate date being the relative modification time of that folder against the epoch (this should definitely fix the apparmor cache issue, given the profile file comes with a snap that was installed in this folder).
