Amd64 build seems to have stopped working on my snap, Stalefish (github linked)

Hi Snapcrafters,

I’ve made some code changes to my snap, Stalefish, recently, which builds via a connection to its github repository. Oddly, the amd64 builds are now failing, at the point at which the source code is cloned (the last part of the error log is reproduced below). I don’t think this is an issue with the C++ source code changes I’ve made, as these work when compiling locally and the other build, for arm64, completes without error (if you can look in the list of builds, you’ll see that armhf, ppc64el and s390x builds also fail, but they always did - I don’t think those environments have an up-to-date enough compiler for Stalefish’s C+±17 source).

The error report suggests some sort of certificate problem in a call to curl. It sort of looks like something might be up with the build environment. Anyone know what’s up? Anyone else having any trouble with github-linked amd64 builds? The amd64 build is the most important to me, because that’s what my collaborators use to run Stalefish.

regards,

Seb

An amd64 build has now succeeded so I assume this was a temporary problem on the build system.
