Alias request: mhr for markdown-hot-reload

I would like to request the alias mhr for the snap markdown-hot-reload (snap-id: 6CmwOovxyZOV1tYMllFRLjuiPIjki3nT). I am the publisher and the upstream author.

  • reasoning: mhr is the upstream command name, not an abbreviation invented for the Store: it is the crate name, the binary name, and what every invocation example in the README uses. It is typed constantly (mhr README.md), so installing as markdown-hot-reload.mhr is a real cost for users. snap find mhr and snapcraft.io search returns only markdown-hot-reload itself, so no snap is named mhr. No package in the Ubuntu archive provides a command by that name, and flatpak search mhr against Flathub returns no matches either.

To the best of my knowledge, there is no existing snap alias already granted or a well-known Linux application conflicting with the aliases requested here.

Hi @chairulakmal,

Even though we are being restrictive with 2-3 letter aliases, +1 from me to grant mhr alias to markdown-hot-reload. What do other reviewers think?

As @shishirsub10 stated mhr looks appropriate for markdown-hot-reload and I could not find any evident conflict.

Thus, +1 from me for granting the requested alias!
