Add/remove tracks and add guardrail for snap postgresql

Hi,

  1. Please add new tracks 14 and 16 for snap postgresql. ASAP if possible to release the new stap for Sales training.

  2. Is guardrail available for snap already? can I do 1) myself? Is available please add guardrail for allow numbers like above.

  3. Can we close/remove old tracks (including latest) as we are going to use 14 and 16 only (for now). It is necessary, as:

3.1) we have old arm release on latest/edge (should gone) 3.2) I have tried to close one myself, but it is still markes as active. Am I doing something wrong?:

Hey, Alex! I will be glad to help you.

  1. Created tracks 14 and 16 for your need
  2. Also added \d+ guardrail, that should allow all future tracks for new PostgreSQL versions.
  3. It seems, you need to close only latest tracks. All other tracks are invisible to snap users.

Cleaned up the old tracks, now only 14 and 16 are active for postgresql snap. (requested by @taurus via private message)
