Hi. Could you please add “platform-engineering@groups.canonical.com” on all snaps where “platform-engineering@lists.canonical.com” is a collaborator? We are migrating our team account from lists.canonical.com to groups.canonical.com.
Hi @seb4stien
There is a similar request in Charmhub (https://discourse.charmhub.io/t/propagate-team-account-for-platform-engineering/20538). I guess both requests are from the same team? In that charmhub request, it mentioned should not use mailing list. Can you help confirm if it is the same for this request?

Hi. I confirm the target is platform-engineering@groups.canonical.com (we are moving away from “lists.canonical.com”).

The list is ok yes. Thank you.
Hi @seb4stien
Adding new collaborator into these snaps is done. Please have a check.
Please noted that you can also add new collabortors on your own next time ![]()

Thank you. What would help for self-serve is to have some API to be able to do such assignments at scale. A team/organisation can have many snaps, so providing a way to automate the operation would be nice.
