The next Kubernetes release is 1.14. Could we please have a 1.14 track for microk8s?

Of course! Here’s the declamation:
Per Simplified track request process for snaps with predictable cadence and because “the request is for a snap which has already had tracks created, and for which the new request is consistent with previous ones for the same snap in semantics and cadence.”, I’ve +1d this request as reviewer and already created the track for microk8s 1.14.
